Thirty-one MAYJAM oils in 10ml, and this particular selection leans towards the bottom of the register. Myrrh, vetiver, patchouli, frankincense, sandalwood and cedarwood are all here — the resins and roots that hold a blend together and stop it evaporating into thin air after ten minutes. Alongside them sit ginger, clary sage and tangerine, which is a softer, rounder citrus than the sweet orange most ranges default to.
The rest covers what you would expect: lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, rosemary, lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, lemongrass and citronella for everyday diffusing; jasmine, rose, ylang ylang, geranium and chamomile among the florals; clove, cinnamon, basil, black pepper, juniper, cypress and vanilla filling in the gaps. Each bottle is amber glass with a colour block on the label, and the cap is a fitted bulb pipette rather than a plain screw top — you squeeze and count rather than tipping and hoping.
Ten millilitres is roughly two hundred drops, or forty to sixty diffuser sessions at three to five drops. For base notes that is generous, because you use them a drop at a time: a single drop of vetiver under a citrus blend does more than five drops of anything bright. If you have been mixing oils and finding that everything smells lovely for a quarter of an hour and then vanishes, this end of the range is the missing part.
Two things stated plainly. The supplier's product images list specific medical effects for individual oils — claims about sunburn, hair loss, circulation and immunity among them. We do not repeat or endorse any of them. And at this price the myrrh, sandalwood, rose, jasmine and vanilla cannot be true absolutes or distillates; those materials cost many multiples of a bottle here, and jasmine and vanilla cannot be steam-distilled into essential oil at all. Enjoy them as scent.
