HEM Forest Flower Premium Masala Incense Sticks carry a calming forest-floral fragrance, handcrafted to time-honored recipes from flower oil and wood powder, in a 15 g box from the Nature Series.

The hyphen is doing the work in that description. A floral fragrance puts flowers at the front; a forest-floral puts something green and damp underneath them — leaf, moss, bark, cool air. It is the difference between a cut bloom in a warm room and the same flower found growing under a canopy, and the second is a noticeably quieter thing to burn.

Masala is the other half of what is stated. A masala stick is built by hand-working an aromatic paste of powders and oils onto a bamboo core, so the fragrance is carried through the stick's body rather than dipped onto the outside of a plain blank. It is why a masala stick holds its character as it burns down instead of thinning out.

Hem names no flower and no wood anywhere on this listing, and we will not fill that gap with invention. What is published is the register, the build, the series and the weight. Everything else would be us writing a note list Hem did not.

No stick count and no burn time appear either. Sticks of this length commonly run around half an hour, but that is a general observation and not a figure Hem gives here. More of the range sits in our Hem Incense Sticks collection.

No holder is included. Set a fire-safe holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface before lighting, burn in a ventilated room away from drafts, children and pets, and let the ash and holder cool fully before they are cleared. More of the category sits in our Incense Sticks collection.
