Parimal Yatra Benzoin & Copal Incense Sticks bring two resins together in a charcoal-free formula. Benzoin carries a warm, balsamic sweetness close to vanilla; white copal adds a lighter, herbal lift over the top of it. The pack holds fifteen grams in a freshness-sealed carton.

The pairing works because each resin corrects the other. Benzoin on its own can turn rich and syrupy over a long burn, and the copal's brighter herbal edge keeps the blend moving; copal alone is lighter than some people want, and the benzoin gives it body. Together they land as grounding rather than heavy.

Charcoal-free is not a marketing line here. A charcoal base contributes smoke of its own and flattens whatever is burning on top of it, which matters most with resins, where the whole point is the material's own character. Without it, both resins burn true. See the range in our Parimal Incense collection.

Benzoin has a long history in temple incense and personal perfumery across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and white copal has its own in Mesoamerican ceremony. Those are cultural histories rather than promises — nothing is claimed here as an effect of burning a stick, and the fragrance accompanies whatever you are doing.

In use it suits an extended sitting particularly well, because a grounding blend that does not accumulate is easier to stay with for half an hour than a dense one. It also works simply as a way of softening a room at the end of a demanding day.

No stick count or per-stick burn time is printed, so we quote neither. Keep the carton sealed between uses somewhere cool and dry — a charcoal-free stick shows damp sooner than a charcoal-based one. More resin fragrances sit in our Incense collection.
