Satya has been making incense in Mysore, India since long before "Nag Champa" became a household word for incense outside India, and this Natural series is where that same craftsmanship gets applied to single-note fragrances rather than the brand's signature blend. Satya Natural Jasmine Incense carries a true, sweet floral jasmine note — floral and calming, a scent many reach for to soften a room in the evening — without the sandalwood-and-spice base that runs through most of Satya's other lines.

Each box is a full 12-pack: twelve individual 15-gram packs, roughly 12 to 14 hand-rolled sticks per pack, for somewhere between 144 and 168 sticks total. That's enough to burn a stick most days for several months, which matters for a scent you actually plan to keep reaching for rather than a novelty you'll use twice and forget. Each stick runs about 8 inches long and burns for roughly 30 minutes once lit.

The sticks are hand-rolled around a bamboo core using recyclable paper packaging, and Satya states no animal by-products and no child labor go into production — the kind of sourcing detail that matters if you're choosing between incense brands on more than scent alone. Because the fragrance is rolled into the stick itself rather than sprayed on, the scent holds steady from the first light to the last inch, instead of fading halfway through.

A single stick is usually enough to scent a normal-sized room for the length of the burn and leave a light trace afterward; if you want a stronger, longer-lasting presence, lighting a fresh stick once the first burns out works better than trying to keep several going at once. It's equally at home as a daily habit, a meditation cue, or simply something to light while you work.
