Vitamin E is one of the more studied antioxidants in skincare, and this carrier oil delivers it in a lightweight, fast-absorbing form with a neutral-to-mildly-nutty scent and a golden color. It's tocopherol-rich and suited to all skin types.

Because it's light and non-sticky, it layers easily under a moisturizer or SPF, or blends into a favorite serum. Many people also massage a drop directly onto scars or stretch marks as part of a regular routine — we describe that as a common, long-used practice rather than a guaranteed cosmetic outcome, since results vary from person to person.

Compared to heavier carrier oils in our collection, such as wheat germ or shea nut oil, this one sits toward the lighter end — it sinks in quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue, which is why it works well as a finishing step rather than a heavy standalone moisturizer. A drop or two is usually plenty for the face; using noticeably more than that can feel slightly tacky before it fully absorbs.

Beyond scars and stretch marks, many people add a drop to the ends of dry or color-treated hair, work it into cuticles, or stir a small amount into a homemade lip balm for its lightweight, non-greasy finish. As a stabilizing oil, it's sometimes added in small amounts to other carrier oils or DIY lotions specifically to help slow oxidation of the overall blend, rather than used as the main moisturizing ingredient on its own.

As a blend-friendly oil, it's also a useful stabilizing addition to DIY face and body oils or lotions — stirred in at roughly 1–3% (about 3–9 drops per tablespoon of another oil). Store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to help preserve its antioxidant content, and keep the cap tightened between uses.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, patch test before widespread use, and discontinue if irritation occurs.
