To use it: Light the tip of the bundle until it catches flame. Blow out gently so it smolders and smokes. Use the smoke to smudge your space, object, or self. Extinguish completely by pressing the burning end into a bowl of sand or earth.
Never leave a lit smudge bundle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials, and burn in a well-ventilated room.
