The K9 Crystal Wind Chime Dreamcatcher combines a webbed hoop with faceted K9-glass prisms, doing double duty as a wall-hung dreamcatcher and a light-catching window piece, offered across 8 shape and style options named Round or Moon.
The dreamcatcher's origin is specific, not generic: it comes from the Ojibwe (Anishinaabe) people, whose word for it, asabikeshiinh, translates to "spider" - a webbed hoop hung over a sleeping space in the belief that good dreams pass through while bad dreams get caught in the web. We're naming that origin directly rather than describing this as a vague "ancient legend," and this particular piece is a decorative, mass-produced home accessory inspired by that design, not a handmade piece from an Ojibwe artisan or community.
One honesty note is worth naming directly: "K9" is a trade name for a specific type of optical-grade leaded glass widely used in inexpensive crystal-style prisms and chandelier parts - a genuine, deliberately chosen material for its light-catching clarity, but not natural gemstone crystal, despite "Crystal" appearing in the title. We're naming that plainly rather than letting the word imply a mineral origin.
Because this listing shares a very similar option-naming pattern (Round and Moon, numbered) with our Crystal Wind Chimes Dream Catcher Prism Sun Catcher, we want to flag that overlap directly: the two may represent related or overlapping supplier product lines at different price points rather than fully distinct designs, so compare both listings' photos and prices if you're deciding between them.

Hang it in a window or another spot with direct light so the prisms can catch and scatter sunlight, and dust it gently with a soft brush between deeper cleanings.
