Some wall art asks you to look for a while before it gives everything up, and this relief of Yggdrasil is built for exactly that kind of looking. Cast by Dryad Design, it lays out the Norse World Tree in full — Odin's self-sacrifice from the Havamal, Ratatosk racing along the trunk, Nidhogg gnawing the roots, the Eagle above, the three Norns weaving fate, Hel in the underworld, the Rainbow Bridge into Asgard, and Jotunheim with Mimir's head tucked into the scene. It's a single composition with enough detail that a new visitor will keep finding pieces of the story in it.

The plaque comes as one piece — there's no variant or size choice here, just the 18 1/4 by 8 1/2 by 2 inch relief itself, cast in resin and finished to read as carved wood or stone from a normal viewing distance. That tall, narrow shape is deliberate: it was designed to work in the kind of vertical spot a wide piece would crowd — a stairwell, a hallway, the wall beside a bookshelf, or the space above a home altar.

It reads well anywhere Norse mythology, mythic art, or simply detailed wall relief already fits the room — a study, a reading nook, a meditation corner, or a gallery wall mixed with other art. Set it at eye level and the story unfolds the way it was carved to: Asgard above, the roots and Hel below, the Norns and animals woven through the trunk in between. Pair it with a rune set, a scattering of candles, or a plain wood frame nearby and the whole corner starts to feel intentional rather than assembled.

Because it's a single relief piece rather than a set, buying it is simple — the only real question is whether the wall you have in mind is tall enough to let the vertical composition breathe. Give it a foot or more of clearance above and below where possible, and keep it out of direct sun so the finish ages evenly.

Round out the corner it lives in with a lamp from our aroma lamp collection or a bottle from our diffuser collection, so the space carries scent as well as story.
