In a morning diffuser. 5–6 drops alone, or blend with peppermint (2 drops) and bergamot (2 drops) for a bright, energizing combination.

For massage. Dilute 3–5 drops in 15ml of carrier oil for an invigorating body massage, applied with upward strokes.

For a room spray. Add 20 drops to a spray bottle with water for a mood-lifting, deodorizing room spray.

As a blend booster. Add 2–3 drops to any diffuser blend to brighten and lift.

One ingredient. 100% Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) peel oil — nothing blended in.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute before skin contact. Always mix into a carrier oil before applying to skin — do not apply undiluted.

Patch test first. Test a small area of skin before full application.

Phototoxic — avoid sun exposure. Cold-pressed grapefruit oil is phototoxic; avoid direct sun on treated skin for at least 12 hours after topical use.

Care with grapefruit drug interactions. If you take medications known to interact with grapefruit, particularly by mouth, check with a healthcare provider before regular use.

Caution: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. Always dilute before skin application.
