Spearmint Essential Oil – 15ml, 30ml & 60ml

A genuine single-botanical oil. Steam-distilled spearmint, undiluted.

A gentler mint. Its active compound, carvone, gives it a softer profile than peppermint's menthol.

Flexible use. A diffuser or oil burner for a fresh atmosphere, or diluted into a carrier oil for massage.

Three sizes to choose from. 15ml, 30ml, or 60ml depending on how much you use.

Cool, sweet mint character. Warmer and softer than peppermint, without the sharp icy edge.

Gentler than peppermint. Carries most of the same fresh appeal with a milder intensity.

Versatile, easy-blending mint. Integrates smoothly into blends rather than dominating them.

Family-friendly freshness. One of the gentler mint oils, more appropriate for use around children over 6 than peppermint.

In a diffuser. 4–5 drops for a fresh, sweet mint atmosphere. Blend with lavender for a calming fresh-floral combination, or lemon and bergamot for a bright citrus-mint blend.

For an abdomen massage. Mix 3–4 drops in 15ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the abdomen for a comforting ritual.

In a focus blend. 3 drops spearmint + 2 drops rosemary + 2 drops bergamot for a gentler alternative to straight peppermint combinations.

For massage. Dilute 3–5 drops in 15ml of carrier oil for a refreshing, gently cooling body massage blend.

One ingredient. 100% Spearmint (Mentha spicata) oil — nothing blended in.

Documentation on request. If you need an IFRA statement or allergen declaration, ask before ordering.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute before skin contact. Always mix into a carrier oil before applying to skin — do not apply undiluted.

Patch test first. Test a small area of skin before full application.

Not for children under 6. Not recommended for children under 6 years old.

Extra care with pregnancy. Consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy.
