1. Prepare the space. Choose a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts, curtains, and anything flammable before lighting.

2. Set your intention. Light the wick and focus on your intention, whether tied to a single color or the candle as a whole.

3. Burn in stages. Let it burn for a comfortable interval, then extinguish it if you're leaving the room; never leave it burning unattended.

4. Repeat daily. Relight once a day, trimming the wick to 1/4 inch each time, until the candle is fully spent over its 7-day span.

5. Finish safely. Discontinue burning once about 1/2 inch of wax remains, and dispose of the empty glass safely.

Wax & Wick: Made with a real-wax fill poured directly into the glass, set around a lead-free cotton wick. The seven color bands are poured in sequence to burn in order from top to bottom.
