1. Prepare the space. Choose a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts, curtains, and anything flammable before lighting.

2. Begin your prayer. Light the wick and focus your intention or petition in keeping with the practice.

3. Burn in stages. Let it burn for a comfortable interval, then extinguish it if you're leaving the room; never leave it burning unattended.

4. Repeat daily. Relight once a day, trimming the wick to 1/4 inch each time, until the candle is fully spent over its 7-day span.

5. Finish safely. Discontinue burning once about 1/2 inch of wax remains, and dispose of the empty glass safely.

Wax & Wick: Made with a real-wax fill poured directly into the glass, set around a lead-free cotton wick. The wax is dyed in the customary green-and-black pairing to reflect Ogun's customary colors.
