I bought 4 sets of beautiful candles today and received them. I was so happy, but unfortunately, one candle is broken. There is a crack in the glass and the candle doesn't burn. I find this very unfortunate, but fortunately, I was well assisted by the customer service and the store owner. We have come to a solution. Thank you to the sales and customer service team, I am very satisfied.
