A: It’s primarily designed for incense sticks, smudge sticks, and Palo Santo wood. Incense cones can be used if you add a thin layer of sand or ash to protect the surface. Charcoal discs get very hot and aren’t recommended unless you place them in a separate heat-safe bowl set on top of the burner.

Q: Will the colors and patterns match the photos exactly?
A: Each piece is handmade and hand-colored by Peruvian artisans, so slight variations in color, pattern, and size (within the 4–4.5" range) are normal and part of its uniqueness.

Q: How do I clean and care for the burner?
A: Let it cool completely, tap out ash, and wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Use mild soap only if needed, avoid soaking or abrasive scrubbers, and do not place it in a dishwasher. Keep it dry between uses.

Q: Is it heat-safe for daily use?
A: Yes, the ceramic construction handles normal use. Always set it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, keep flammables away, and consider adding a little sand or ash in the dish for extra insulation when using smudge sticks or Palo Santo.
