A: It’s designed for both standard cone incense (fits the dual metal cup holders) and most stick incense up to typical 8–10" lengths, which insert into the drilled holes.

Q: Can I close the lid while incense is burning?
A: If the smoke can vent freely through the carved openings and nothing touches the lid, you may close it gently; otherwise, leave it slightly ajar to ensure airflow and heat clearance.

Q: How many pieces of incense can I burn at once?
A: The box includes two metal cone cups and multiple stick holes, so you can burn up to two cones or several sticks at the same time—just ensure safe spacing and supervision.

Q: How do I clean and care for the burner?
A: Let ash cool completely, tap it out, and wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the wood; an occasional light application of food-safe mineral oil keeps the wood conditioned.

Q: Does it come with incense, and is each piece identical?
A: Incense is typically not included. Because it’s handmade in India with wood and brass inlays, slight variations in grain, color, and inlay placement are normal and part of its charm.
