In an evening diffuser. 4–5 drops about 30 minutes before bed, or combine with 2 drops lavender and 1 drop vetiver for a grounding evening blend.

For massage. Dilute 3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil and apply with slow, firm strokes as an evening body massage.

For hair care. Add 2–3 drops to shampoo, or dilute in jojoba oil for a scalp massage.

For a beard oil. Add 3–4 drops to a tablespoon of jojoba oil as a nourishing, naturally aromatic conditioning oil.

One ingredient. 100% Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica or Cedrus deodara) heartwood oil — nothing blended in.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute before skin contact. Always mix into a carrier oil before applying to skin — do not apply undiluted.

Patch test first. Test a small area of skin before full application, especially with sensitive skin.

Away from eyes, never swallowed. Keep clear of eyes, inner ears, and mucous membranes.

Care with pregnancy. Not recommended during pregnancy without professional guidance.
