Warming foot and leg massage. Garlic's warming character makes it a classic addition to invigorating massage blends.

Highly concentrated — dilute carefully. Never use undiluted; a little goes a long way.

For a scalp massage. Dilute 3–4 drops in 30ml of carrier oil (coconut or castor oil) and massage into the scalp. Leave for 30–60 minutes or overnight before shampooing out thoroughly.

For a wellness blend. Add 1–2 drops to a blend with other functional oils (tea tree, eucalyptus) in a carrier oil.

For a foot massage. Dilute 3–4 drops in 15ml of carrier oil and massage into the soles of the feet.

In formulations. Add to natural cleaning or personal care formulations at 0.5–1% concentration.

One ingredient. 100% Garlic (Allium sativum) bulb oil — nothing blended in.

Documentation on request. If you need an IFRA statement or allergen declaration, ask before ordering.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute before skin contact — always. Garlic essential oil must never be used undiluted on the body.

Maximum 1% dilution. Use at approximately 6 drops per 30ml of carrier oil, not more.

Patch test first. Test a small area of skin before full application.

Care with pregnancy. Not recommended during pregnancy without professional guidance.
