Step 1 – Reflect and set intention. Bring to mind the relationship or commitment you want to focus on, and write a short intention.

Step 2 – Place and prepare. Set the candle on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, and trim the wick to about 1/4 inch.

Step 3 – Burn in sessions. Light for one to four hours at a time to form an even wax pool, always supervised.

Step 4 – Close the week. Snuff to extinguish, allow to cool fully, and relight as desired through the week; close by offering thanks.

Buying tip. One jar supports roughly a week of supervised burning — buy accordingly for longer or repeated workings.

Children and pets. Keep lit and unlit candles well out of reach of children and pets.

Discontinue point. Stop burning once about 1/2 inch of wax remains to avoid overheating the glass jar.
