In a diffuser. 5–6 drops alone, or blend with bergamot and grapefruit for an energizing citrus combination. With mint for a clarifying blend.

For massage. Dilute 3–5 drops in 15ml of carrier oil for a refreshing massage blend.

For a room spray. Add 20 drops to a spray bottle with water for a fresh-scented room spray.

For natural cleaning. Add 15–20 drops to a spray bottle with water and castile soap for a bright, citrus-scented surface cleaner.

One ingredient. 100% Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) peel oil — nothing blended in.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute before skin contact. Always mix into a carrier oil before applying to skin — do not apply undiluted.

Patch test first. Test a small area of skin before full application.

Phototoxic — avoid sun exposure. Cold-pressed lime oil is phototoxic; avoid direct sun on treated skin for at least 12 hours after topical use.

Extra care with pregnancy. Consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy.
