A: Place the censer on a heat-safe surface. Using tongs, light a charcoal disc until it’s glowing (edges turn grey), set it in the ash tray, then add a small pinch of resin. Start with little amounts and replenish as needed.

A: Yes—copper alloy conducts heat. Use the heat-protective circular handle and tongs. Avoid touching the bowl during or immediately after burning. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

A: Let the ash cool completely, empty the ash tray, and wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals to preserve the anti-rust electroplated gold coating. Store in a cool, dry place.
