A: Start with 5–10 drops per 100 ml of water and adjust to preference. Only use in humidifiers that are essential-oil compatible (check your device manual), and clean your unit regularly for best diffusion.

A: Yes—always dilute. For body use: 1–2% (about 6–12 drops per 30 ml carrier oil). For face/sensitive skin: 0.5–1% (3–6 drops per 30 ml). Patch test first, avoid eyes/mucous membranes, and discontinue if irritation occurs.
