Works With Any Holder. Use in a dedicated backflow burner or a standard heatproof dish.

Set up a holder. Place the cone on a backflow burner, or on a stable, heatproof dish if using without one.

Light the tip. Hold a flame to the tip of the cone until it catches, then gently blow out the flame.

Watch the smoke flow. On a backflow burner, the smoke will flow downward through the design; on a standard dish, it will simply rise as usual.

Let it burn undisturbed. Let the cone burn down fully in a well-ventilated space; avoid moving it while lit.

Extinguish and store. Once burned down, confirm the ember is fully out before leaving the room, and store remaining cones away from heat and humidity.
