Ritual & Craft Use. Commonly used in smudging for space-clearing and purification ritual

Portion the leaves. Place a small amount of loose leaf in a heat-safe dish.

Light and let smolder. Light the leaves, then gently blow out the flame so they smolder and smoke.

Waft the smoke. Guide the smoke around the space you wish to clear, setting your intention as you go.

Extinguish safely. Let the leaves burn out completely in the heat-safe dish, or smother them with sand or earth.

Store properly. Reseal the pack and keep it in a cool, dry place.
