Most people run it in a diffuser for its fresh, clean, camphor-leaning scent; the rest dilute a few drops into a carrier oil for massage, or add it to an unscented body lotion or moisturizer.

Because it is sold undiluted, it should never touch skin directly — mix into a carrier oil first, patch-test before wider use, and use lighter dilutions (or skip topical use near the face) for young children.
