Set up the lamp. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Fill the bowl. Add water, then a few drops of essential oil to the removable bowl.

Light a tealight. Place a small tea light candle beneath the bowl and light it.

Let it warm gently. Allow the candle to warm the bowl evenly so the scent diffuses into the room.

The lamp is carved from soapstone and finished with a hand-applied green paint and polish.

As a handcrafted piece, minor variation in color and carved design from lamp to lamp is normal.

No tealight candles, wax, or oil are included with the lamp.

Let the lamp cool fully before removing the bowl to clean it.

Store it somewhere dry; soapstone doesn't need special storage beyond that.

The bowl may show light staining from oils over time, which is a normal part of ongoing use.

Never leave a lit tealight candle unattended.

Keep out of reach of children and pets while lit.

Handle carefully, as soapstone can chip or crack if dropped.

Allow the lamp to cool fully before touching or moving it.
