Step 1. With an adult's help, dispense a small, pea-sized amount of foam onto a soft-bristle children's toothbrush.

Step 2. Brush gently in small circular motions for about two minutes, morning and night, with an adult supervising the entire session.

Step 3. Have your child spit out the foam thoroughly after brushing — this product is not meant to be swallowed.

Step 4. Rinse the mouth and toothbrush with water. Only use this product with children who can reliably spit rather than swallow.
