A: Start with 5–10 drops per 100 mL of water and adjust to preference. Only use in humidifiers that are essential-oil compatible and clean the reservoir regularly for best performance.

A: Yes—always dilute with a carrier oil. Body: 1–2% (about 6–12 drops per 30 mL carrier). Face/sensitive skin: 0.5–1% (3–6 drops per 30 mL). For baths, premix 5–10 drops with a tablespoon of carrier or dispersant before adding to water. Patch test first; do not ingest.
