Open the locket. Gently open the pendant to access the felt pad inside.

Add oil. Place 1-3 drops of your chosen essential oil directly onto the pad, then close the locket securely.

Wear and refresh. The scent typically lasts about 1-3 days before fading; reapply a drop or two to refresh it, or swap in a new pad to change scents entirely.

Care for the pad. Rinse a used pad gently with mild soap and water, let it air-dry completely, then add fresh oil before reuse.

Know when to remove it. Take the necklace off before showering, swimming, or a heavy workout to protect the pad and the finish.

Materials. The pendant body and 50cm water-wave chain are stainless steel. One felt diffuser pad in a random color is included and is compatible with any essential oil.

What's not included. Essential oil is not included with the locket - the pad ships empty and ready for the oil of your choice.

No shelf life for the jewelry. The stainless steel pendant and chain don't expire; only the felt pad wears with repeated oil use.

Storage. Store dry, away from direct oil spills on the metal, and keep spare pads in a small sealed bag to preserve their scent-holding ability.

Pad lifespan. A felt pad can typically be reused multiple times with gentle washing between oils; replace it once it no longer holds scent well or shows visible wear.

Skin contact. Keep essential oil on the felt pad rather than applying it directly to skin, and avoid letting concentrated oil touch the metal locket body.

Water activities. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising heavily, since moisture can affect both the pad and the finish.

Children and pets. Keep the locket, spare pads, and any essential oils out of reach of children and pets - essential oils can be harmful if ingested or applied undiluted to skin.
