1. Use a backflow cone. Only cones with a hollow base will create the cascading effect this burner is built for.

2. Set it on a stable surface. Place the burner on a heat-safe, draft-free surface away from fans or open windows.

3. Light and settle. Light the cone, let it flame briefly, then blow it out so it smolders.

4. Enjoy the cascade. Smoke will begin flowing down under the cap and over the stem within a minute or so.

Material. Made from ceramic with an antique gloss glaze finish across the cap and stem.

What it isn't. This is the burner only; backflow incense cones are sold separately and any standard hollow-core cone works with it.

No expiration to track. As a fired ceramic piece, it doesn't age or spoil with normal use.

Storage. Let it cool completely, then wipe residue with a soft cloth or cotton swab. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water and dry fully; avoid abrasive cleaners on the antique gloss finish.

Open-ember caution. A lit backflow cone is an open ember — never leave it unattended, and keep the burner on a heat-safe, stable surface away from flammable materials.

Keep clear. Keep the burner and lit cones out of reach of children and pets during and after use.
