Step 1. Warm a small amount of oil between your palms.

Step 3. If using as a rinse-out mask, leave it in for 20-30 minutes, or longer for a deeper treatment, before shampooing as usual.

Step 4. Use 1-2 times per week, adjusting frequency based on how your hair responds.
