Q: What are the dimensions, and what size incense will fit?
A: The burner measures 9.5" L x 1" W x 1" H and has an incense holder space of 8.75" L x 0.75" W, which comfortably fits most Japanese sticks, Tibetan ropes, and regular bamboo-core sticks.

Q: How do I use the fireproof felt strip correctly?
A: Place your incense directly on the black fireproof strip, light the tip, and let it smolder. The strip catches ash for a clean burn—just make sure the burner is on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Q: Can I use cone incense or charcoal tablets in this box?
A: It’s designed for Japanese sticks, Tibetan ropes, and regular sticks with bamboo bottoms. Cones and charcoal tablets are not recommended for this model.

Q: How do I clean and maintain the burner?
A: Allow everything to cool, lift out the felt strip, tap or brush off the ashes, and wipe the wood body dry if needed. Reinsert the felt strip and it’s ready to reuse—no soaking or harsh cleaners required.

Q: Will the natural wood finish affect the fragrance or require special care?
A: The natural wood doesn’t add scent; it simply complements the look. Keep it dry, out of direct sunlight, and wipe occasionally to preserve the finish. Normal patina over time is expected.
