Step 1. Warm your skin, ideally with steam or a warm shower, to help the paste work more effectively.

Step 2. Apply a generous layer of paste to the warm, damp skin.

Step 3. Leave the paste to sit for about 5 minutes.

Step 4. Massage in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with a moisturizer.
