Q: What types of incense does this burner support?
A: It’s designed for standard stick incense. Insert the stick into the end hole so the ash falls into the grooved center. It’s not intended for cones or resin.

Q: How do I use it correctly?
A: Place the burner on a stable, heat-safe surface, insert the stick into the hole, light the tip, let it flame for a few seconds, then gently blow it out. Position the stick so the ash falls along the groove.

Q: How do I clean and care for it?
A: Allow ash to cool completely, then tap or brush it out. Wipe the wood with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth and occasionally buff. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, or abrasive pads to protect the wood and brass inlay.

Q: Will it catch all the ash from longer sticks?
A: The 10" x 1.5" boat catches ash from most standard sticks. Extra-long or extra-crumbly sticks may extend past the tray; consider placing the burner on a larger tray if needed.

Q: Is it safe to leave incense burning unattended?
A: No. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from drafts, curtains, children, and pets, and always monitor while in use.
