Highly potent — dilute carefully. One of the most concentrated oils available; never exceed a 1% dilution for skin use.

For experienced users. Best suited to those who already understand essential oil dilution and safety.

In a diffuser. Use sparingly — 2–3 drops maximum in a well-ventilated space. Blend with lavender or lemon to soften the intensity.

For topical use. Dilute to a maximum 1% (about 6 drops per 30ml of carrier oil). Always patch test.

For steam inhalation. 1–2 drops in a bowl of hot water with a towel tent for a bold, aromatic steam.

For a foot soak. 3–4 drops diluted in a carrier oil first, then added to warm foot bath water.

One ingredient. 100% Oregano (Origanum vulgare) oil — nothing blended in.

Documentation on request. If you need an IFRA statement or allergen declaration, ask before ordering.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute heavily — maximum 1%. Never use undiluted on the body; oregano is more concentrated than most single-botanical oils.

Patch test first. Oregano is a potential skin sensitizer — test a small area before full application.

Not for children or during pregnancy. Not recommended for use around children, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.

Use diffusers sparingly. Avoid confined spaces and diffusing around children; keep to 2–3 drops in a well-ventilated room.

Caution: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. Always dilute before skin application.
