Q: Does the burner come with incense cones?
A: No. Cones are sold separately. Use backflow cones with a hole in the bottom to create the waterfall effect.

Q: How do I set it up to get the best smoke “waterfall”?
A: Place the burner on a level, draft-free surface. Light the backflow cone, let the tip glow, then blow out the flame. Position the cone so the bottom hole aligns with the burner’s top vent. Within a minute, the smoke will cascade downward.

Q: Can I use regular cones or stick incense with this burner?
A: It’s designed specifically for backflow cones. Regular cones won’t create the downward cascade, and stick incense requires a separate holder.

Q: How do I clean and maintain the ceramic burner?
A: After use, let everything cool completely, then empty ash and wipe residue with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use warm soapy water and dry fully. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the ceramic finish.
