Q: How do I use it with stick or cone incense?
A: For sticks, insert one into any of the 15 perimeter holes and light the tip. For cones, place a cone on the center spot, light it, then gently blow out the flame so it smolders.

Q: Will it catch ash and help keep my space clean?
A: Yes. The 5-inch dish-style design works as an ash catcher for both sticks and cones, helping contain most falling ash. For best results, place it on a flat, stable, heat-safe surface.

Q: How do I clean and care for the wooden burner?
A: Let ash cool completely, then tap it out and wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the wood. To refresh the finish, you can occasionally apply a small amount of food-safe mineral oil and buff dry.

Q: Is it suitable for charcoal discs or resin burning?
A: Direct use of charcoal on bare wood isn’t recommended. If you want to use charcoal or resins, place a separate heat-proof bowl with sand or ash on top, or use a dedicated charcoal burner.

Q: Will the holes fit different incense stick sizes?
A: The holes are sized for most standard stick incense. Very thick or uneven stick bases may need a light trim at the end—avoid forcing a fit to prevent cracking.
