Step 1 — Set Up on the Coaster. Place the burner on its stone coaster, on a heat-resistant, stable surface.

Step 2 — Light Your Charcoal (If Using). For resin, powder, or granular incense, light a charcoal disc until it's fully glowing, then set it on the screen.

Step 3 — Add Incense. Sprinkle a small amount of resin, powder, or granular incense on the lit charcoal, or place a cone directly on the screen instead of using charcoal at all.

Step 4 — Clean Up When Cool. Once everything has cooled completely, lift out the screen to empty the ash, then wipe the brass body with a soft cloth.

Cool Fully Before Storing. Let the burner and coaster cool completely and empty any ash before putting them away.

Wipe, Don't Soak. Clean the brass with a soft, dry cloth and an occasional non-abrasive polish; avoid soaking the stone coaster, which can hold moisture longer than the metal parts.

Charcoal and Open-Flame Caution. Lit charcoal burns very hot — always use the stone coaster underneath the burner, and never leave it burning unattended.

Keep Away From Children and Pets. Position the burner where lit charcoal, resin, or cone incense is out of reach while burning and while cooling.

Don't Touch Until Fully Cooled. The screen and burner body can stay hot well after the charcoal or incense has stopped visibly burning — wait until everything is completely cool before handling.

One Format at a Time. Don't combine cone incense with charcoal in the same session — pick one method so heat and airflow stay predictable.
