For steam inhalation. 2–3 drops in a bowl of hot water with a towel tent for a fresh, clearing steam.

For massage. Dilute 3–4 drops in 15ml of carrier oil for a refreshing muscle and joint massage blend.

For natural cleaning. Add 15–20 drops to a spray bottle with water and castile soap for a fresh, pine-scented surface cleaner.

One ingredient. 100% Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) oil — nothing blended in.

Cool, dark, tightly capped. Heat and daylight age the oil fastest — store the bottle upright, away from direct sun.

General guide. Stored properly, most single-botanical oils hold their character for a year or more; treat that as guidance and follow any date on the bottle first.

Mind what it sits on. Undiluted oil can mark polished or painted surfaces — decant over something wipeable.

Dilute before skin contact. Always mix into a carrier oil before applying to skin — do not apply undiluted.

Patch test first. Test a small area of skin before full application.
