Clean-Burning Soy Wax. Soy wax burns cleaner and cooler than paraffin, giving a low-soot, dependable burn for longer sittings.

Metal-Free Cotton Wick. A natural cotton wick means no metal core to worry about, for a steadier, more mindful burn.

Step 1 — Set an intention or prayer. Take a moment before lighting to set your intention for meditation or prayer.

Step 2 — Trim the wick. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch and place the candle on a heat-safe, level surface.

Step 3 — Burn in sessions. Light the candle and burn in two to three hour sessions to evenly heat the pillar.

Step 4 — Use the time. Use the burning time for meditation, prayer, or quiet reflection.

Step 5 — Extinguish and cool. Extinguish safely and let the candle cool completely before relighting.
