Q: Will these ash catchers fit standard incense sticks?
A: Yes. The 10" x 1.5" wooden tray includes a drilled hole sized for most standard stick incense with a bamboo core.

Q: Can I use cones or charcoal on this?
A: These are best for stick incense. If you’d like to burn cones, place a small heat-safe dish or metal plate on the tray first to protect the painted wood. Do not use charcoal disks directly on the wood.

Q: Are the colors exactly as shown?
A: Because each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and brushwork are normal and make every catcher unique.

Q: How do I use and care for it?
A: Insert the incense stick into the hole at a slight upward angle, ensuring the ash falls onto the tray. After use, let the ash cool, then tap or wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid soaking in water or harsh cleaners, and keep away from direct flames and prolonged heat.

Q: Is it safe to leave incense burning unattended?
A: No. Never leave burning incense, candles, or charcoal unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and place the catcher on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable items.
