A: Always dilute with a carrier. For body, use 1–2% (≈6–12 drops per 30 mL carrier). For face/sensitive skin, 0.5–1% (≈3–6 drops per 30 mL). Apply to clean, damp skin, and patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours. Avoid eyes and broken skin.

A: Start with 3–5 drops per 100 mL of water in an oil-compatible diffuser. Adjust to preference, diffuse in a ventilated room for 30–60 minutes, and clean the device regularly.
