Consistent Daily Use. Even, repeatable heat means the same setting gives you roughly the same result every time you plug it in.

Fill the dish. Add water with a few drops of essential oil, or a small amount of incense powder, directly to the ceramic dish.

Plug in and set the heat. Choose a low setting for a subtle aroma or a higher one for a stronger fragrance throw.

Monitor while in use. Run it in a well-ventilated room and keep an eye on it, especially the first few times at a new setting.

Unplug when finished. Let the unit cool fully before wiping down the dish or refilling it for the next session.

Material. The body is glazed ceramic housing an internal electric heating element rated for standard 220V household current.

What it doesn't include. Essential oil and incense powder are not included — choose your own from any source you trust.

Documentation. We don't have supplier-verified glaze or component composition on file; contact us for allergen or material detail before purchase if you need it.

Between uses. Unplug the unit and let it cool completely before wiping down the dish or putting it away.

Storage. Store in a dry place away from moisture — as with any electrical appliance, keeping the cord and housing dry protects the heating element.

Longevity. With normal care the ceramic body should last for years; the heating element is the part most likely to wear with very heavy daily use, so give it a rest between long sessions.

Electrical safety. Unplug the unit when not in use and before cleaning or refilling, and keep it away from water and damp surfaces.

While operating. Never leave it running unattended, and keep it away from children and pets during use.

Dish level. Don't overfill the ceramic dish, and don't let it run dry for extended periods while heated.

Cooling. Allow the unit to cool fully after unplugging before handling the dish or moving the burner.
